It’s that time of year again when cats — especially black cats — appear everywhere, and these are some of my favorites so far this season! Ryan Conners creates adorable cat-themed folk art with a wonderful whimsical style. Ryan lives in northwestern Pennsylvania and her art is inspired by her six cats and her two children, who are portrayed as cats in her work. Halloween is an especially good time of year for this style of art and Ryan creates these adorable Halloween ornaments with some of her signature cats.
